This combination of clubs shall be called The A;ll Rounder Cricket Bradford Premier League and for the season 2017shall consist of the following: Adwalton, Altofts, Azaad :Baildon, Bankfoot, Batley, Birstall, Bowling Old Lane, Bradford & Bingley, Brighouse, Brook Walton, Buttershaw St Paul’s, Carlton, Cleckheaton, Crossbank Methodists, East Ardsley, East Leeds, East Bierley, Farsley, Gildersome, Gomersal, Great Preston, Hanging Heaton, Hartshead Moor, Heckmondwike & Carlinghow United, Hopton Mills, Hunslet Nelson, Idle, Keighley, Lightcliffe, Liversedge, Methley, Morley, New Farnley, Northowram Fields, Ossett, Oulton, Pudsey Congs, Pudsey St. Lawrence, Rodley, Sandal, Scholes, Spen Victoria, Townville, Undercliffe, Wakefield St Michael's, Windhill, Woodlands, Wrenthorpe and Yeadon.    
There will be 12 teams in the Premier League and Championship One and Two and tThere will be 14 in the Conference.

1. Condition of Membership
All Clubs shall run two elevens. Premier & Championship One clubs’ first elevens shall also take part in the Priestley Cup competition, whilst clubs in Championship Two and the Conference first elevens will partake in the Jack Hampshire Cup competition. Premier Division second elevens must take part in the Priestley Shield competition. Other clubs may apply to partake in this competition however the maximum number of teams allowed will be 32. In the event of more than 32 clubs applying a draw will take place to ascertain which clubs will partake in the competition..
  2. Management Board
The League shall be governed by a President and a Management Board consisting of:
Chairman, Chief Executive, Admin Executive, Treasurer, League Secretary, Competitions Secretary plus a Development Officer; (“The Officials “) together with 4 club representatives and 1 Umpires Association member making 12 persons in total –    hereinafter known as ‘’The Management Board".
All club representatives shall be eligible to serve on the Management Board and will be elected at the Annual General Meeting. Nominations for election should be in the hands of the League Secretary 28 days prior to the AGM.
The election shall be by ballot, in the case of a tie, a second ballot shall be taken.
In the event of a vacancy on the Management Board, the existing Board have the power to co-opt members to maintain the maximum permitted number.
The Management Board shall deal with all urgent matters, shall prepare the business and accounts to be dealt with at League Meetings, shall deal with all questions concerning grounds, and shall transact any business delegated to it.
The existing Management Board have the power to co-opt as considered expedient, such persons as they consider would enhance the Board, co-options under this rule to be limited to a maximum of two persons.

3 Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting shall be held in November, when all Officials & Board members shall be elected. All Nominations shall be in the hands of the League Secretary 28 days prior to the meeting. The Officials and all other members of the Management Board together with one representative from each cub shall each have one vote at the A.G.M., or at an E.G.M., and the President or Chairman for the time being shall also have a casting vote.
Any club not represented at an AGM or EGM shall be fined £50.

4. Extraordinary General Meeting
An Extraordinary General Meeting may be called on receipt by the League Secretary of a requisition signed by at least 16 member clubs. The business to be discussed shall be stated, and the meeting shall be called within 21 days from the receipt of the requisition.
5. League Meetings
League meetings will be held by arrangement of the Management Board when all members of the board are entitled to vote together with the representatives of each club, who have one vote each.
Any club not represented at a League meeting shall be fined £50.
6 Alteration to Rules
The Management Board or any club may submit proposals for alterations to rules for the following season, notice of these shall be given to the League Secretary in writing by August. 31. Such proposals shall be considered by the Management Board, and their findings sent to all clubs in the league. Such proposals as are finally agreed by the Management Board shall then be submitted to the AGM, or an EGM, and shall become effective provided they are supported by a simple straight majority of the votes recorded.
7. Financial Year
The financial year shall end on the September 30. Honoraria to be determined at the AGM.
8. Subscription
Each club shall pay an annual subscription of £50 and purchase a minimum of 10 handbooks, payment to be made by March 31 of each financial year. In the event of this subscription being insufficient to meet expenses, the clubs shall contribute equally such sums as the Management Board may decide. Non-payment of subscriptions by the due date or any fines imposed which remain unpaid after one month shall be doubled and if still unpaid after the stipulated time will be doubled again..
9 Admission of Clubs
Subject to League criteria being met, the entrance fee for new clubs wishing to join the League shall be £100. Clubs wishing to resign from the league shall give notice in writing either by registered post, or by recorded delivery to the League Secretary before June 30 otherwise they shall be required to fulfil fixtures and financial obligations for the following year.

10. Cessation of Membership
Any club which is expelled from the league, or which ceases to be a member of the league, shall at once forfeit any rights to participate in the assets of the league
