2021 Fixtures: Crossflatts start at Crossbank Methodists

New boys Crossflatts will make their Gordon Rigg Bradford Premier League debut against Crossbank Methodists. Their first team are away while their seconds will be at home for their respective Division Three clashes on Saturday, April 17.

The highlight of the opening round of fixtures is the Premier Division clash between Townville and Woodlands.

The 2021 fixtures have been based on those drawn up for the 2020 season with some enforced changes.

Oulton’s departure from the league has led to Adwalton being promoted to Second Teams Division Two. As a result of this, both Adwalton’s teams have been allocated Oulton’s 2020 fixtures with Crossflatts taking on Adwalton’s.

Woodlands, champions in 2019, requested that their first team open with two away games following the relaying of their outfield. To accommodate this, all Woodlands and Hanging Heaton fixtures have been exchanged

Dependant on the state of the outfield as we approach the season, the first two Woodlands second team fixtures may need to be rearranged. This will not be decided until late March / early April when all parties will be informed.

To cater for the possibility of the Bingley Music Festival being held at Wagon Lane over the weekend of August 7-8, all Bradford & Bingley and Farsley Fixtures have been swapped.

So that all Premier Division clubs have one home and one away game over the Spring Bank Holiday some changes have been made.

What would have been the Spring Bank Holiday Monday fixtures for 2020 will be played on Saturday, May 29 in 2021.

The Division One. Two and Three fixtures from the programme being played by the Premier Division clubs on Monday, May 31, will bring the curtain down to the league season on September 11.

Clubs are reminded that due to the on-going Covid-19 pandemic the fixture dates may be subject to change.
