The league Management Board have decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting until March 29 and are combining it with the Pre-Season Meeting.
The agm had been due to be held next Tuesday, January 11, but it was considered too much of a health risk to bring together club representatives at this time.
The Management Board felt it would be wrong to conduct the meeting on-line for a second successive year and believe that re-arranging it for March 29 at Cleckheaton should enable a physical meeting to take place.
League chairman David Young said: "I feel it is important that we have a face-to-face meeting and by combining it with a pre-season meeting makes a better use of people's valuable time.
"The Covid-19 pandemic has been an obstacle to getting everybody together and I am sure our clubs want to meet before the 2022 season."
The revised notice of the meeting, agenda and audited accounts will be sent out to clubs in due course.
