Fans guide for Premier League Play-off final between Castleford and Woodlands

 

If you are going along to Emerald Headingley for Saturday's Yorkshire Premier League Play-Off final between Castleford and Woodlands, here are some handy tips.

Car parking
This is free and is available in Car Park F which is located between the rugby ground and the railway bridge in St Michael's Lane. Please park considerately and do not block in other vehicles or cause an obstruction.

Admission
This is free and all spectators should enter via Gatehouse B which is opposite the Yorkshire Cricket School. Everybody will be accommodated in the East Stand sction of the ground. Please do not try to enter other areas.

Food and Drink
Spectators may take there own food and drink into the ground. Each person is limited to four cans of beer. Bottles and glasses are not permitted in the stadium and stewards will be on hand to spot any breaches.

Long Room
The Long Room will be open from 10am to 6pm for the sale of food and drink. Please note that all transactions are by card. No cash is accepted so be prepared.

Match programme
To avoid the handling of money a free 16-page on-line match programme has been produced. This can be viewed on a mobile phone, tablet or laptop and can also be downloaded and printed off if required.

The publication will be updated after the weekend to include the full match scorecard and pictures from the game so that it can form a souvenir for spectators.

Scoreboard and announcements
The giant scoreboards will be in use throughout the game and each new batsman and bowler will be announced over the stadium PA.

The Yorkshire Premier League Management Board re delighted to be able to use the magnificent facilities at Emerald Headingley and hope that all spectators will respect them and enjoy a wonderful day's cricket.
