Four all Premier clashes in Priestley Cup

30 Nov 2018

The draw for the first round of the Priestley Cup has produced four all-Premier Division encounters on Sunday, May 5.

Woodlands will open their defence of the trophy with a tricky away test against their near neighbours Cleckheaton at Moorend.

The 2017 winners New Farnley also face an away encounter with top flight opposition as they face a trip to take on a Townville side who were beaten semi-finalist in 2018.

Methley, beaten finalists in 2017, play hosts to Lightcliffe while Bradford & Bingley entertain newly-promoted Undercliffe at Wagon Lane.

Hanging Heaton are the only Premier Division side tackling Championship One opposition. They are away to Bankfoot.
