Garner's ton is winner for Woodlands

Premier Division
Pudsey Congs v Woodlands
Cieran Garner hit a sparkling 127 as Woodlands secured a 79-run win. Garner struck 15 fours and was backed up by Jak Murphy (44) in a total of 251-9. Ross Kettlewell (5-80) was the pick of the home bowlers but his figures were bettered by Nathan Bromby (6-28) when Congs were restricted to 172-9, George Gardner and Adam Patrick both making 41.

Hanging Heaton v Pudsey St Lawrence
Defending champions Hanging Heaton were bowled out for 92 as they slid to a six-wicket defeat. Adam Frost (4-34) and Josh Dracup (3-22) were the key bowlers for Saints with only Rob McFarlane (33) offering resistance. Dave Heslop (34) and Liam Phillips (32no) ensured St Lawrence eased to their target.

Morley v New Farnley
When New Farnley slipped to 68-8 after being put in to bat they looked to be heading for defeat but Dominic Edwards (38no) battled hard and enabled them to reach 115 all out. Chris Blakeney (4-38) and Gavin Goodlad (4-37) were the pick of the bowler but their efforts were put in the shade by Jack Dyson and Ed Denton who both took 4-18 as Morley were bowled out for 82 to give New Farnley a 33-run win.

Jer Lane v Bankfoot
Leaders Jer Lane had a comfortable seven-wicket win with Haris Butt making 48 as they overhauled a Bankfoot score of 116. Muhammad Addas (40) top scored for Bankfoot while Haroon Mahmood taking 4-14.

Gomersal v Bowling Old Lane
Mohmmed Akif (5-42) and Umar Zubair (4-25) impressed as Old Lane dismissed their rivals for 166 to set up a seven-wicket triumph. Vakas Mirza (38) was top scorer for Gomersal who dropped into the bottom two after Shahid Alishan (55), Khalil Ur-Rehman (44no) and Awais Khurshid (36) steered Old lane to victory.


Batley v East Bierley
Tariq Hussain (4-34) and Zahoor Hussain (3-49) helped Batley bowl out East Bierley for 155 to complete a 34-run win. Raji Immi (53) and Zahoor Hussain (41no) were the main scorers in Batley’s 149, while Reece Clark (3-43) was the pick of the East Bierley bowlers.

Bradford & Bingley v East Ardsley

Second place Bradford & Bingley won a low-scoring encounter by four wickets. Reece Cockshott  (4-25) helped them bowl out East Ardsley for 87 before Lewis Brown (37) edged them home despite the efforts of Richard Butcher (5-40).

Carlton v Hartshead Moor
James Copper (84) sped Carlton to a nine-wicket win over Hartshead Moor after they had bowled out their rivals for 158. Tom Ward (5-39) and Gareth Rawlinson (3-45) were the key bowlers for Carlton.

Farsley v Baildon
Opener James Hoyland made 85 not out as leaders Farsley secured a two-wicket win over Baildon.  Haris Hussain (5-54) and Josh Capper (3-41) made the Red Lane side battle hard for their victory. Baildon made 191-9 when they batted first with Sam Woledge-Wilkinson (56), George barker (39) and Sam Holmes (33) providing the bulk of the runs. Mukdas Mohammad (4-58) and Andrew Sims (4-50) were the best of the home bowlers.

Great Preston v Methley
Half centuries from Archie Clegg (54) and Charlie Dissanayaka (52) were backed up by Richard Smart (41) as Methley posted a score of 241-9 on their way to a 51-run win. Sam Holmes (72) top scored as Great Preston finished on 190-8.

Craig Brook made 67as Undercliffe chased down an Ossett total of 175 to win by three wickets. Leigh Learie (56), Ben Coulthard (41) and Dan Busfield (33) were the top scorers for Ossett while Abdul Hamid (3-36) and Usman Fareed (3-19) were the key bowlers for Undercliffe.

Buttershaw St Paul’s v Northowram Fields
Josh Dodd took 6-47 as he bowled promotion chasing Northowram Fields to a 16-run win over lowly Buttershaw St Paul’s. Harris Cunningham (44) and Dilan Patel (32) top scored for St Paul’s as they replied to a Northowram Fields score of 209-5 that was launched with an opening stand of 165 between Steve Elliott (63) and Callum Phillipson (53).

Sandal v Keighley
Mark Smith struck three sixes and 13 fours while making exactly 100 as Sandal made 236-8 in their 88-run win. John Bowett (54) gave good support as Stephen Butterfield (3-38) posed the main threat. Joshua Goose (4-47) and Usman Ilyas (3-34) were the best of the Sandal bowlers as Keighley were dismissed for 148.

Hopton Mills v Liversedge
Zaid Sajwal (62) and Arshad Ali (45) helped Hopton Mills to a three-wicket win, Liversedge made 208-9 in their innings with Jamie Pollard (58), Matthew Pickard (37) Saideep Dhangir (34) making useful contributions as Usman Fareed (3-19) and Abdul Hamid (3-36) took the bowling honours.

Brighouse v Birstall
Leaders Brighouse had a comfortable seven-wicket win. Even a defiant 52 from Aamir Malik could not save Birstall from being dismissed for 105. Brighouse eased to victory with Muhammad Bajwa (45) and Shahid Farooq (35no) leading the way.

Altofts v Wakefield St Michael’s
Altofts’ batsmen were in good form with David Robson (66), Chris Walker (51), Joe Ellam (40) and Brad Barber (34no) helping them make 253-5 on their way to a 162-run win. Bottom team St Michael’s were dismissed for 91. Tom Robinson (31) provided the only resistance as Louie Smales (4-25) and Oliver Box (3-18) got to work.

Flinn Woodward-Chapman (52) and Elliott Tattersall (41) helped Rodley chase down a Scholes score of 146-7 to win by five wickets. Noman Irshad (54no) top scored for Scholes while david Charles (3-33) was the pick of the Rodley bowlers.

Adwalton v Crossbank Methodists
An opening stand of 103 between Henry Bedford (62) and Tyler Woodhouse (41) set Crossbank Methodists on their way to a total of 191 despite the efforts of Neil Laycock (5-45). Woodhouse followed up by taking 4-35 while Lewis Lockwood took 3-29 as Adwalton were dismissed for 143 to lose by 48 runs. Ajami Sherwani (63) was their top scorer.

East Leeds v Spen Victoria
Leaders East Leeds had a comfortable 107-run win which was sealed when Shamraiz Hussain (4-29) helped them bowl out Spen Victoria for 67. Kasin Rehman (76) top scored in the East Leeds score of 174. Yusuf Kayat (4-39) and Ahmed Lunat (3-32) were the most successful Spen bowlers.

Heckmondwike & Carlinghow v Hunslet Nelson
Javed Iqbal (33) and Saleem Akhtar (31no) helped Heckmondwike & Carlinghow to a six-wicket win. Hunslet Nelson made 128-8 when they batted first. Jamal Khojani (35) top scored as Ilyas Hashmi (3-18) posed the main threat.

Crossflatts v Gildersome & Farnley Hill
Dan Trowers made 102 and shared in a second wicket stand of 162 with Thomas Durn (78) as Crossflatts compiled a score of 246-4 in their 126-run win. Trowers hit three sixes and 12 fours while Jim O’Hara (3-14), Haseeb Basit (3-43) and Charlotte Boulton (3-45) shared the wickets as Gildersome & Farnley Hill were bowled out for 120.

Wrenthorpe v Windhill & Daisy Hill
Patrick Green hit an unbeaten century as Wrenthorpe chased down a Windhill & Daisy Hill score of 190 to win by seven wickets. Green struck 19 fours and was backed up by Matthew Butcher (47no). Parwinder Singh (70) top scored for Windhill & Daisy Hill while Nathan Ellis took 4-40 for Wrenthorpe.
