Hunslet Nelson are celebrating their 150th year and have staged a number of special events to mark the landmark.
They held a past players day during their Championship Two game against Carlton at Gypsy Lane on July 13.
Last weekend they held a sponsored walk to raise funds for their junior section and this weekend sees the main event of the year, the club's Beer Festival.
Due to how the fixtures have fallen Nelson have a free Saturday at home so they are putting down the cricket bats to pick up the guitars as our Beer Festival welcomes a range of musicians. Nelson's Sunday team will host New Farnley as the Beer festival continues.

Open from midday till 11pm
There will be a range of ales and ciders available at just £3 per pint (half pint - £1.50)
Gin, wine and soft drinks also available
Nelson have seven live acts performing throughout the afternoon and into the evening.

Hunslet Nelson Sunday XI entertain New Farnley in the Mid Yorkshire Sunday Cricket League start time 2pm.
As well as the cricket, the BBQ will be on and plenty of background music with plenty of space to let the kids run off some energy.
