Home draw  reward for Hanging Heaton

The draw for the second round of the Solly Sports Heavy Woollen Cup has produced a number of intriguing match ups for Sunday, May 9. Hanging Heaton's reward for beating holders Sheply is anothe home encounter against Yorkshire League North outfit Castleford at Bennett Lane.

Townville, beaten finalists in 2019, will host Woodlands who defeated them by 10 runs in the opening league game of the season on Saturday, while New Farnley face a testing away clash with Huddersfield League Scholes who defeated Cleckheaton in the first riund.

East Bierley's reward for their high-scoring win over Wakefield Thornes is a trip to face fellow Division One outfit Birstall and Sandal will play hosts to Gomersal in another all Bradford Premier League clash.

Farsley have a testing trip to face Elsecar and there are two further  interesting clashes in South Yorkshire with Barnsley Woolley Miners taking on Treeton, while Hoylandswaine meet near neighbours Cawthorne
