It's Farsley away for holders New Farnley

Holders New Farnley have been drawn away to their bogey side Farsley in the first round of this year's Solly Sports Heavy Woollen Cup.

Farsley beat New Farnley twice in the league last season and will present a tough test at Red Lane on Sunday, April 23.

The match is one of four all Bradford Premier League ties, Bradford & Bingley v Methley, Pudsey Congs v Birstall and  East Bierley v Undercliffe.

Last season's beaten finalists Townville also start with an away tie as they visit the Huddersfield League side Broad Oak.

Division One new boys Sandal feature in the only preliminary round tie on April 16 as they entertain the 2019 winners Shepley. Whoever wins that game will be away to Cawthorne a week later.

Woodlands open their challenge at home to Yorkshire Cricket Southern Premier League side Wakefield Thornes.

Two more attractive ties see the Huddersfield Leaguers Honley and Hoylandswaine meet while Bansley Woolley Miners tackle the 2021 Yorkshire Premier League champions Castleford.
