It's Farsley v Woodlands in Shield final

Farsley and Woodlands will meet in this season's Gordon Rigg Priestley Shield final after both recorded comfortable semi-final wins.

Farsley defeated Cleckheaton by seven wickets in the all Division One clash at Moorend, while Woodlands triumphed by 50 runs at Pudsey Congs.

A 157-run fourth wicket partnership between Kieran Collins (99) and Tom Clee (65no) was key to Woodlands making 219-4 in a match reduced to 38 overs per side after a delayed start.

Collins, who hit seven sixes and five fours, was run out off the final ball of the innings when looking to complete his century.

Ross Kettlewell (37) top scored for Congs as they were bowled out for 169 with Joel Beaumont taking 4-29.

Farsley, who will be bidding to win the trophy for the first time since 1978 in the final at Ossett on September 5, were boosted by another good performance from Andrew Sims.

He took 4-39 as Cleckheaton were bowled out for 139 and top scored with 41 not out as Farsley booked their final place. Elliot Anderson (4-27) was the other main wicket taker for the Red Lane side.
