Champions Woodlands will launch their bid for a third successive Premier Division with a mouth-watering opening fixture to the 2022 campaign.
They will take on the 2021 runners up Townville at Albert Terrace in what promises to be the highlight of first round of games on Saturday, April 16.
There is also another Premier Division heavyweight clash at Lawns Lane where New Farnley will be hosts to Hanging Heaton.
The 2021 Division One champions Ossett make their top-flight debut away at Batley, while Bankfoot's first Premier Division encounter is at home to Farsley.
Newly promoted Jer Lane visit East Bierley in their first Division One while East Ardsley tackle ambitious Undercliffe at Jeffrey Field.
Crossflatts, who marked their first season in the league by winning the Division Three title, visit Wakefield St Michael's in their first Division Two game while Great Preston open with a home clash with Yeadon.
Spen Victoria, who are playing in Division Three for the first time, start at home to Adwalton, while Scholes, who were relegated with them, start at Altofts.
Last season's top two sides in the Second Teams Premier Division meet on he opening day with champions Hanging Heaton hosting New Farnley at Bennett Lane. There is also a Pudsey derby with Congs at home to St Lawrence.
Pudsey Congs promotion was confirmed after an Appeal Panel overturned an earlier decision of the League Panel to impose a points deduction for a breach of eligibility rules.
The Appeal Panel also responded to representations from Bradford & Bingley who would have been promoted if the original penalty had been upheld.
The Appeal Panel understand the frustration and disappointment this issue has caused to the respective clubs.
