Today is Time to Talk Day and the Bradford Premier League is joining sporting bodies and organisations in supporting Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust’s day of activities.
Time to Talk is the national campaign led by Time to Change which aims to reduce the stigma surrounding mental illness by getting people to talk openly about issues that can affect us all.
Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust has asked people to pledge their support for the day by taking a photo holding one of their ‘pledge cards or selfie frames‘ and sharing it with us on social media using the Twitter handle @BDCT #BDCTTimeToTalk or posting on our Facebook page @bdct02 in the run up to Time to Talk Day.
They hope by getting as many people sharing online as possible it will encourage people to talk about how they were feeling, whether they are in the local park, cafe, at the barbers, with their local cabbie or on top of a mountain.Whatever the place, every conversation, every text, every share means more people are reached,
The league has posted a picture of support on Twitter @bclcricket and on Facebook @bradfordcricket Please show your support by retweeting or liking the posts.
