Pre-season training courses for scorers

The League have organised three training sessions for new and inexperienced scorers. Each session will follow the same programme, but scorers can attend more than one if necessary.

Sessions have been arranged at separate venues midweek and at weekend. Hopefully this will ensure that anybody wishing to attend, will  have access to a course.

The course dates

1          Saturday 18th February 2023 at Pudsey Congs CC    (10am   -12.30pm)

2          Thursday 23rd February 2023 at Morley CC              (6.45pm – 9pm)

3          Saturday 18th March 2023 at East Bierley CC            (10am – 12.30pm)

Further sessions can be arranged, if necessary

Each session will give training on the PCS PRO (laptop based) system and the Play Cricket APP (mobile based) system.

Any first eleven scorers will need to use PCS PRO. Second eleven scorers can use the Play Cricket APP.

Attending scorers need to bring Club Laptop or mobile device or both.

Anyone wishing to attend should email registrations@bradfordcl.com stating name and which course they wish to attend.

For season 2023,  all weather affected games will be decided by DLS. Full instructions on how to use DLS on both platforms will be circulated to all clubs in the lead up to the season and these instructions should be kept visible in the scorebox.

The Courses will be led by Jack Birkinshaw (Farsley CC, 1st team scorer)
